Electric Strike (Nordson NJ-320A HD)
The Nordson NJ-320A HD Electric Strike is an ANSI standard device for secure door access, ideal for pairing with DoorBird intercom systems. Operable via the DoorBird app, it enables remote locking and unlocking. It features magnetic-force operation with two modes: Power-to-open and Power-to-lock. Made from durable stainless steel, it resists corrosion and deformation and fits most timber and metal doors. Requires a 12V DC power supply and is intended for indoor or sheltered installations.
DoorBird Video Intercom and Internal Door Station
DoorBird is a smart IP video door station that connects to smartphones or tablets, offering remote access to visitors. It features a 180° infrared motion sensor for notifications or alarms, enhancing home security. Bluetooth Gate Controller (Remootio)
Remootio is a secure, end-to-end encrypted smart remote for gates and garage doors. Key features include auto-open, time-based access permissions, gate status monitoring, and notifications. Google Home mobile app
Used to integrate the LIFX coloured globe and create lighting schedules and routines using the coloured globe to assist with daily lifestyle and routine management. Customised routines were created within Google home to turn on the LIFX lighting with specific colours and timing programmed to change the colour of the LIFX globe after set amounts of time and later, to turn off at a specific time. These programmed routines were created for night time and morning automation to assist with independent management of personal daily routines.
Google Nest Doorbell (battery)
The Google Nest Doorbell offers live video streaming and two-way audio for visitor interaction via the Google Home app or connected devices like hub displays or Chromecast-enabled TVs. It provides 3-hour event history access without a subscription and allows video clip downloads. Customisable motion zones and Google smart speaker integration enhance notifications. Google Nest Hub Max
